Who we are

QuickSite Malta is a web design service based in Gozo, Malta, building custom landing pages for local businesses. You can contact us via WhatsApp at +356 77719043.

What data we collect

We only collect information you provide directly to us, either through our intake form or by contacting us on WhatsApp. This may include:

  • Your name and business name
  • Contact details (WhatsApp number or email)
  • Information about your business, including photos, logos, and links you choose to share
  • Feedback and revision requests during the build process

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or third-party advertising on this website.

Why we collect it

We use your information solely to deliver the service you've requested: building and delivering your landing page. Specifically:

  • To understand your business and build a page tailored to it
  • To communicate with you throughout the project
  • To process your deposit and final payment
  • To send your completed site files at handoff

How long we keep it

We retain your project information for up to 12 months after project completion in case you need to refer back to anything. After that, it is deleted. Payment records are kept for 5 years as required by Maltese tax law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only handled by:

  • Jotform: our intake form provider, used to collect your project brief and file uploads. Jotform is GDPR-compliant. You can view their privacy policy at jotform.com/privacy
  • WhatsApp: used for direct communication. Subject to Meta's privacy policy
  • Netlify: used to host your completed website. Netlify is GDPR-compliant

Your rights

Under GDPR, as someone based in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
  • Lodge a complaint with the Malta Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt)
To exercise any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp at +356 77719043 and we'll respond within 30 days.

Portfolio use

If we feature your completed landing page in our portfolio, we will always ask for your explicit permission first. You are free to decline or withdraw permission at any time.
