1. The service
QuickSite Malta builds custom, single-page landing pages for local businesses. The service includes one initial draft, delivered within 48 business hours of receiving your completed brief and deposit, followed by up to three rounds of revisions.
A "revision round" means one consolidated set of changes submitted via the revision form. Multiple separate messages or drip-fed change requests may be treated as separate rounds.
2. Deposit and payment
- A non-refundable deposit of €100 is required before work begins. This secures your slot and covers initial build time.
- The remaining balance (€400) is due upon your approval of the final site, before domain connection and file handover.
- Work will not begin until the deposit has cleared.
- If you do not respond to the completed draft within 14 days, the project may be closed. The deposit will not be refunded.
3. What you provide
You are responsible for supplying accurate, complete information via the intake form, including your business details, logo, photos, and any copy you want used. QuickSite Malta will write and suggest copy based on what you provide, but you are responsible for ensuring all content is truthful, accurate, and legally compliant for your industry.
By submitting photos, logos, or other assets, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant QuickSite Malta permission to use them in building your site.
4. Revisions
- Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in the project fee.
- Revisions must be submitted via the revision request form, with all feedback consolidated in one submission per round.
- Changes that significantly alter the original brief (new sections, complete redesigns, change of business focus) may be treated as a new project and quoted separately.
- Additional revisions beyond the 3 included rounds are available at €50 per round.
5. Delivery timeline
The 48-hour delivery window refers to the first draft and begins when both the completed intake form and the €100 deposit have been received. The clock runs on business days only, Monday to Friday. Projects started Friday afternoon or over the weekend begin on Monday morning.
QuickSite Malta will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines but is not liable for delays caused by late client responses, missing information, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Ownership
- Upon receipt of full payment, you own the completed website and all its content outright.
- Until full payment is received, QuickSite Malta retains ownership of all work produced.
- QuickSite Malta reserves the right to display your completed site in its portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise. We will always ask first.
7. Domain and hosting
Unless otherwise agreed, QuickSite Malta will purchase the domain on your behalf and add the cost to your invoice. At project handoff, the domain and hosting account will be transferred to you. From that point, domain renewals and hosting are your responsibility.
If you opt for a managed hosting arrangement, separate terms will apply as outlined in your hosting agreement.
8. Cancellations and refunds
- The €100 deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
- If you cancel after the first draft has been delivered, the full project fee may be due depending on the stage of work completed.
- If QuickSite Malta is unable to complete the project for any reason, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
9. Limitation of liability
QuickSite Malta's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, or reputation, arising from the use or performance of your website.
You are responsible for ensuring your website content complies with all applicable laws, including advertising standards, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
